How do I place an order?
We have tried to make purchasing from 3 Hip Sisters as easy as possible.
Simply click the Buy now button and add an item toyour cart. When you've
finished shopping click on the "Check Out" button and it will take
you to the order page.
Can I use a credit card?
Yes! We process our orders through Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa,
MasterCard and Discover.
What is your shipping rate?
We use the US Postal service to ship most orders. Our shipping charges
are built into our ordering system, so you'll know what the charge is before
you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We will ship outside the U.S. The size and weight of your order
will determine your shipping rate.
How long will it take to get my order?
It usually takes about two days to process your order, one to process
and one to get it shipped. If we are doing custom work for you, we will email
you and let you know exactly how long it will take. Because of the variety of
offerings, we like to use the rule, "if it's on the web page, it should
ship the next day". Depending on how far away you are from SoCal will
determine how long the shipment will take to get to you. Once your purchase is shipped you will get an email from us
letting you know when to expect it.
Will you do custom work?
Yes! We love doing custom work. Just drop us a line, and let us know what you're looking for!
Can I return my purchase?
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are
not, please let us know and we'll be glad to either
exchange your items for something else, or issue a refund.
We will accept returns up to two weeks after you receive your order.
And, of course, when returning an item, we would expect it to be in its' original packaging and in good order.
